  • Our all day Preschool Program services 3 and 4 year olds.

  • The child must be 4 by September 1st to attend the PK4 program.

  • ALL students must be fully potty trained!

  • Students in the PK3 program will receive instruction from the Scholastic Curriculum.

  • Students in the PK4 program will receive instruction from the Frog Street Curriculum.

  • Full Day Pre-K Rate: $205week

  • Before and After School Rate:  $125/week

  • Drop In Rate: $30

  • Sweater - We maintain cool temperatures in the classroom to support hygiene - PLEASE LABEL THE SWEATER WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME!

  • 2 pkgs #2 yellow pencils

  • 2 boxes of CRAYOLA brand crayons

  • (1) 4 pack of Dry Erase Markers with Dry Eraser

  • 2 Reams of White copy paper, 500 sheets in each

  • 1 pair of children’s scissors

  • (1) 3 packs of Elmer’s glue sticks

  • 1 med pencil box

  • 1 primary writing tablet with space to draw at the top

  • 2 packs of manila construction paper 8 X11

  • 2 packs of colored construction paper 8 X11

  • (1) pack of manila construction paper 12 X 18

  • 1 pack of Playdough Brand Playdough (multi colored)

  • 4 Poly Plastic Folders with brads and pockets. (GREEN, RED, YELLOW & BLUE)

  • 3 packages of UNSCENTED disposable baby wipes

  • 1 container of Clorox wipes

  • 1 can of Lysol Disinfectant spray

  • 3 boxes of Kleenex (long box)

  • (1) Bottle of hand sanitizer with pump (low alcohol %)

  • 1 box of Gallon size Ziploc bags

  • 1 inch white binder with clear front and pockets on inside

  • 1 Extra COMPLETE uniform ( top, bottom, underwear and socks all LABLED with your child’s first and last name)

Enrollment Process

To register for The Crayon Club, complete the following steps:

*Submit all items to ambermontgomery@rhodesschool.org

  1. Download and complete the APPLICATION, and the TUITION EXPRESS/PARENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM

  2. Submit a copy of both parents or guardians drivers license  

  3. Submit a copy of the child's birth certificate

  4. for 3 and 4 year olds who are not enrolled in any other public school, a copy of the shot record must also be uploaded. 

  5. Submit a voided check or direct deposit form from your financial institution confirming your bank routing and account number.  

  6. PAY $75 (non-refunudable) registration fee.

Once all registration steps are complete, there is a 48 hour turn around before the child can begin the program.
